How to File a Claim
Notify the Manager
Contact our office right away to let us know about any damage or incident.
Document Everything
Take photos of any damage to your items and to the storage unit. Photograph the source of damage if possible.
Do Not Discard Anything
Do NOT throw anything away until you have spoken with a claims specialist.
File a Police Report if Needed
For any claims involving crime, have a police officer visit the unit and file a police report.
